It took me a solid 7 minutes to stir it to mix the oil into the peanut butter to make it smooth and there are still some chunks, but the texture and taste are great. Can't beat that it's much, much healthier than Jiffy and those other similar brands.

Justin's Peanut Butter is an acquired taste

I started eating Justin's Nut Butter by buying it in small packets rather than the jar. My first response was negative. There was a grainy taste I didn't like and it seemed bland. We're so accustomed to refined peanut butter which is smooth and creamy or crunchy - this takes some getting used to. I missed eating peanut butter so kept eating up my supply of packets and by the end preferred the taste to other peanut butters.
