The best kava by far, organic and nothing but the finest roots. Felt the calming effects within minutes. I found I liked it best with cold milk and honey. :)

This thing works very well. You really have to be careful with your doses though. I think I took about 4 or 6 teaspoons and ended up sleeping for 12 hours a day for a few days. I was groggy the whole time. This may sound nice for those who are stressed, but I was also feeling nauseous the whole time, too. When the doses are low, maybe one teaspoon or two, the effects are pretty calming, and there isn't a quick drop off in effect that makes you wanting more. However, the taste is horrible. I can't stand it, so I just put it in some 000 size capsules. For a heaping tablespoon, it takes about 5 "000" capsules, and I think downing the thing that way is better than trying to mask the taste.

Earthy taste that needs masking, so I use blackcurrent cordial.Slight numbing of lips/tongue.Strong calming effect esp when taken with Gaba.
