So far so good. I'm not taking it every day, only on days I wish to enhance my night-time dreams.

I am a full time private employee and an university student at the same time and both activities can the draining specially to one's ability to process and retain information, specially after working a full 8 hours shift and going to the university afterwards, well up to now, I would say this supplement provides some alertness for precision activities, but the only suggestion I would make is to provide 8mg instead of 4mg since the alertness provided is kind of mild and if one needs more let's say to double the dosage, that would mean to take two pills instead of one, but since this comes with 100mg of vitamin B5 to much of it could be somewhat uncomfortable.
