Excellent Healthful Sweetner

I have nothing but compliments on all baked goods made with this Erythritol. It measures exactly as sugar does and tastes wonderful with no stomach upset or fear of my dogs ingesting it with horrific health consequences. I love it.

okay but was surprised it was gritty in the recipe

I used this in brownies, it was very sweet, but a little gritty, will use again
