This product has helped me with inflamation in soft tissues like my muscles and tendons. In general I find Curcumin products very effective as an anti-inflamatory. This procuct is enhanced to be better absorbabe. I have followed the instrudtions and it seemed to work as well as other Curcumin products but I have not had to take as much to get a similar effect. This is a very safe approach versus taking Ibuprofin and other NSAID's. I have been using Life Extention products for a few years and I never get disappointed with their quality. Lots of research suggests Curcumin is a very potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and very good at detoxing your liver. I use this often and recommend it for many people also. As a substance found commonly in curry powders, it has limited bio-availability in the body. However, in supplement form it is highly effective.

Good dosage, you don't have to take a lo of these pills, 1 is already ok, 2 when pain is still there . I prefer this natural anti inflammatory than chemical one, no side effects for the tummy!

Product ordered and delivered as advertised. Product currently in use with no adverse reactions or side effects. I ordered several months worth so I can better rate upon next order.

good for the heart, although I understand should be taken with olive oil.
