this seems like a good product if what they say is true; although i took it for three months straight and felt no better or worse for the experience. the worst thing about this product is, the cost is prohibitively expensive for just about everyone. if this product costed even half as much as it does, i might buy every month or two but at this price no way. there are much cheaper alternatives on the market that are likely just as good as this...
