Good rice that comes locally for me

I try to avoid grains in general because every time I eat a large amount in one sitting, my left foot tightens up. I believe this is due to a diabetic issue, but over the years I've managed to deal with it through exercise and diet. When I'm in the mood for a bit of rice, I'll eat these without having to worry too much about blood sugar increase, as I drink tea and take cinnamon supps along with my food.

I mix this rice with Lundberg Organic short grain brown rice and get a nice fluffy rice every time.
