Purchased at iHerb

These hard little squares have a very dry and intense "green" flavor like raw spinich, so I couldn't eat more than two at a time but they were very nice to use in a salad instead of the usual croutons and nice to know how even more healthy and filling your salad is! But I don't plan to order them again.
