Dont' put cotton wool ball in container, bits of fibre get everywhere. What's wrong with a little sponge disc like most products have.

This brand contains Methylcobalamin, not the cyanide-containing form of B-12. I had been using another brand of B-12 and I threw them away when I learned that they contained the wrong form of cobalamin.

Awful B-12 sublingual

First, it was obvious the tablets had been subjected to moisture upon bottling, since all the top ones were discolored and stuck to the cotton. Second, they never fully dissolve, even after two minutes under my tongue, so I have to chew them, which defeats the "sublingual" aspect. They are hard and crunchy. Never again!
