Better than maple syrup

Even though it tastes like Maple it is much better than the syrup and the GV index - well if you use this then you know the answer to the GV.

Taste like maple syrup

Posted by kweemeng From Singapore on Dec 26, 2013

It certainly taste like maple syrup. Agave syrup has a lower GI index because it contains low glucose but high fructose which isnt used by our body as source. High consumption of fructose is supposed to raise our trigyceride level as well. I am skeptical about agave after reading all those reports on agave. I brought it because I tot it is healthier but I was wrong. I will still finish this up and decide again if I sld buy it. Agave sld be fine if you are not taking alot per serving. Just like other sweetner, take in moderation.
