Best help for lactose intolerance and IBS

The name brand lactaid pills just don't work that well, but this does. It helps break down all of the parts that make milk so difficult to digest, not just the lactose. One or two pills with a meal, and I don't even know I've had dairy. It even helps my IBS with meals that don't have dairy. I take one every time I feel an attack coming on and it often keeps my IBS at bay. I highly recommend these pills to everyone with digestive issues.

I have used this product for 8 years. I am extremely lactose intolerant. I take two of these tablets and I am able to eat dairy products without any problems.
