high quality vitamin

These are pretty big. Luckily my teenager doesn't have a problem swallowing pills. It calls for 3 per serving so they are pretty expensive.

Great multi vitamin for teen

My teen son is taking these and doesn't mind that he needs to take one three times a day. I've learned that vitamins through a whole food source is better absorbed, so I don't mind paying a little more for a better product. My younger son takes the Megafood Kids & Us mini's - those are a great price for the quantity.

My son has been taking these for over a year. They're a big help with his hypoglycemic issues. They seem to help keep him more balanced, than when he is not taking them and hits a sugar imbalance.
