Good energy

This is a tasty bread that doesn't give you the wheat crash most breads do. It is excellent with nut butters, but here is how I eat it: crumble it up in a bowl, add a splash of olive oil, sesame oil, ghee or a combination, add a handful of raw macadamias or almonds, a sprinkle of chia seeds, a pinch of salt, and a nice dusting of cinnamon. Add banana or mixed berries if you want something really decadent (I used to do this but now eat fruit as a separate meal). I reserve one star because I am skeptical of the processing that the bread must undergo to achieve such a long shelf life - it's too good to be true, and thus can't achieve the 5-star rating that fresh bread does.
