In the two years I've been using this product, my mild osteopoenia has not progressed at all. In fact, according to my latest bone density scan, it may even have improved.

Naturally chelated and easily digestible

I've been using Mezotrace for years and years to meet my mineral needs. I like that they are naturally chelated and are mined from ancient sea beds with most of the minerals needed for optimal health. It has a higher magnesium content to keep me relaxed and positive, and lots of trace minerals.
