I am so happy to have these minerals. They provide me with easily assimilable minerals that I am not able to get in our current food supply.

I have been using this product for a while and I find it very beneficial in terms of alkalizing the body. I was getting itches from being too acidic, but when I take this product regularly, they go away. It needs to be taken with warm or hot liquid to dissolve the powder.

I have been taking this product for just a little over a year now for the potassium. Upon some testing from an herbalist, I found that the potassium in my system was very depleted, in fact was not even on the chart. After 9 months of using this product I was about 1/2 way in the low range on the chart, which I was thrilled about. I continue to use this daily until I reach the normal range for potassium on the chart. The potassium in this is very high, but because it comes from a whole food source is very safe. I highly recommend this product.

This is part of my very busy teenager's morning routine. It helps keep her immune system strong and supports her through a very long day.

A cup of this jump starts my day. It has a lovely slightly sweet but also savoury taste and to my mind is the best way of taking whey. It does not have the heavy sickliness of cows whey.
