love the powdered goats milk!

this is by far the best powdered goats milk. It's smooth and creamy, almost buttery. We use it in smoothies and it adds a nice flavor and additional protein to the protein powder we use. It's great for those that cannot have soy or cows milk.

I make homemade yogurt and in order to get it thick I add 1/2 cup of this. I also made milk with this and it wasn't bad. I don't think I added enough though. The directions say add 2 tablespoons to 8 ounces of water. I think 3 is better but if you only add 2 make sure its a nice heaping tablespoon.

It is ok, but somewhat (almost) flavourless.

i bought this for my mom who's on tube feeding. i thought she would get the nutrients she needs but strangely she landed up having diahrrea. thought goat's milk's supposed to be the best kind.
