I'm enjoying this for hiking. Healthy alternative to the too sweet electrolyte sports drinks. I add a little stevia to sweeten it slightly and last time I added some Mt. Capra goat protein powder too--after the big elevation gain in my hikes, it's a refreshing replenishment.
