I am using my first bottle.I have started to stack it with creatine after 3rd week. They work togheter well.I suggest this usage method.Pump is not high but enough. iHerb is the best seller i think.I saw that "the customer satisfaction" is very important for iHerb management. Thank you iHerb.

Tastes like remedy for cough ! Seems to be good as a pre and intra workout its good to keep the blood flowing with bcaa's , but dont expect pumps or improved vascularity, it isnt for that
