great flavour, but unable to keep pizza from becoming soggy

easy to prepare (no yeast/rising to worry about). Very tasty flavour dough and where it remained crispy it was great, but most of the pizza was soggt. Cooked as per instructions first time, then second time cooked base longer to cook thoroughly, but still was soggy once toppings added and pizza ready to eat. Didn't happen with other glutenfree pizzas I tried (so don't think I'm adding too much sauce/cheese etc). Real shame, as the taste of the dough itself really is good.
