When my nails started to break easily and I was losing more hair than normal then I ordered these capsules. Thanks to these capsules my hair became much prettier and my nails were stronger! Great product!

I have thin hair and had been rather upset with my hair loss. A couple of mths ago, I started taking this and using Avalon's thickening shampoo and my hair loss is much less. I have yet to see an improvement in my soft fragile nails.
