I am trying to loose weight in a healthy way in a hectic study+work+exercise everyday life. I want it to be vegan, give me protein after my workouts, not be tons of soy - and preferably taste good too! I am trying almost all vegan+gluten free shakes on iHerb right now (you should see my cupboard!)
This is hands down the best-tasting shake so far. It's brilliant. Now it's not raw food based, so it wouldn't be totally fair to compare it to raw brands, but for being really healthy and non-raw; absolutely brilliant buy. I have previously purchased Naturade's TotalSoy but I find they have a cardboard-like aftertaste lately, even though I have checked the date on them. And they're soy-based anyway.
This is my new go-to, definitely. I will buy lots and lots more. It's good on it's own with icecubes and water so every meal is just 160 calories. It's sweet but not sickening sweet so this is a great dessert or something to calm my sweet tooth in the evenings!
