I've been using the drops as well as the Ring Stop capsules. The combination seems to work well. I still have a bit of ringing but it takes quite a bit of the hum/buzz away. The drops can be a bit messy. But at least I don't feel like I'm in a tunnel any more.

Seems to help, I use it along with 'Natural Care's Migraine' which I like more than the oral Ringstop.

These have not helped my husband much with his tinnitus. From what I've read about the condition, though, it is different for everybody, so these may help you....
