Been taking this on a tip from a patient and it DOES lower your cholesterol! Mine went from 210 to 165! Take with B-2.

B12 not irritating

Posted by Reviewer2863009 on Apr 07, 2009

I like this B12 because I do not get a heating, inflamation causing reaction from it, which I get from other B12's. I take 1/2 a pill twice a day.

Natural Factors B12 1000mcg

Posted by Reviewer1143531 on Oct 20, 2011

I take this daily in addition to getting one B12 shot weekly. I have a condition where I do not absorb B12. I find that by taking this product along with the shot, I do just fine. If I don't take the pill form, then I can certainly tell the difference.

B12 used to offset prescription meds

B12 should be taken by people with heart medicines as you are likely to become deficient. B12 has other good properties that is needed.
