This does really help with my nails. I noticed on weeks I miss my supplements my nails and skin get thinner.. u can even see the dent in my nail where I stop and start the supplements again..!

I'm still on my first bottle, and I have noticed a difference in my skin. I suffer moderate acne and even though its supposed to help those with wrinkles, I've noticed its cleared my skin a bit. I think I would have to take this a while longer to notice a difference in my nails and hair. Good product and worth the money!

I have been using this product for two months plus. I have yet to see any real difference in my hair or nails. I do have a borderline thyroid problem which could be part of the problem. My skin isn't as dry.

Have taken almost a bottle, but I don't feel any difference. My sister has been taking it too, but she felt no difference as well. My nails are as filmsy as ever.

After a year of or so, still do not see any visible change. I guess I wanted to suddenly look younger... May be I should be grateful of not looking older...
