Purchased at iHerb

This order came qickly within 4 days to Nova Scotia. The product itself I have only been on for a little over a week and I have noticed that I have lost 1 half inch off my waist and hips. I think this is an excellant product. However to get the recommended amout of 3.4g of tonalin a day you haft to take 5 capsols a day. Other brands are more cost effective.
