Seems to be a good brand of CLA, all the companies make about the same size capsule to get the 1,000 mg. CLA is not in our food anymore and is beneficial for all kinds of health problems. Helps lose the fat around mid section too.

CLA seems to help with metabolism...providing the other factors are there, like exercise and a good diet. I notice a difference.
