Great quality and fast, reliable service. My son, who is bipolar, takes 3 tablets twice a day and it remediated the rapid cycling he experienced (along with psych prescribed meds). Omega-3 alone reduced chronic pain for my autoimmune disease to the point that I no longer take pain medication that I took for ten years.

I'd lost 85 pounds and reached a plateau. I started taking these after doing some reading about the Omega 3 deficiencies in the US. After about 3 weeks I've lost another 5 pounds! They have just a little fishy taste for a couple of hours after taking them. But not bad at all.
Great value, Outstanding quality

I have experimented over the years and it simply is the case that I feel better - less inclined to the blues or depression - when I take mega doses of fish oil. Bearing in mind that taking high doses, I want to be really sure of the quality and also get as much (in terms of mg) per capsule, then this is a great product. It seems pretty likely that this is a brand whose quality you can trust - which is important with fish oils as it would be tragedy to take them to protect my brain but at the same time being contaminated with heavy metals etc. Not only that, but this is outstanding value. 120 capsules of 400mg of EPA for $13 - this is a really great deal. Just for the record, if you're taking this to stabilise mood or general brain function (rather than the many other important functions of essential fatty acids), then EPA is the one that does the trick. DHA is not the magic ingredient. That said, overall, EFAs play such a huge role in so many areas of the body - e.g. immune system, heart, brain, cell membranes - that it is good to have both overall. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that humans evolved eating great quantities of oily fish and in our current state we are all EFA deprived unless we supplement (or eat 3 servings a day - hard work!)Best of luck.
Good Quality and Good Result!

I have take many types of fish oil for a long time and even recently tried Krill oil. The benefits from this fish oil are comparable to Krill Oil but at only 1/8 of the price. Excellent!
