Some of the potential health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids supplementation are controversial. They are considered essential fatty acids, meaning that they cannot be synthesized by the human body but are vital for normal metabolism. Though mammals cannot synthesize omega−3 fatt if anyone doubts that this supplement is particularly effective, just forget to re-order (like I recently did) and see how you start feeling by the end of five or six days. The foods we eat every day are high in omega-6 but very low in omega-3. The fish we use eat are contaminated with mercury, PCB’s, etc. So the safest and most convenient way to get enough omega-3 is fish oil supplementation.

Bought for a friend. This is a fat that actually helps you burn fat. Omega 3s increase mitochondrial activity in the cells, essentially turning up the heat. The result is increased fat burning. In addition, omega 3s are an anti-inflammatory which suppresses fat storage.
