오메가 3 먹어주는게 좋다고 해서 하루 2알씩 먹고 있는데 어디가 좋아지는지 느껴지지는 않아요ㅡㅜ 그래두 좋다니까...ㅋㅋㅋ 알이 좀 큰데 물이랑 먹으면 잘 넘어가용^^히히

이제까지는 울티메이트 오메가를 꾸준히 먹어왔는데 물범이 좋지 않다는.ㅠㅠ 그래서 갈아타게된 오메가.... 중딩인 아들, 신랑과 함께 먹고 있어요... 아침, 저녁 한알씩만 먹고 있네요... 목에 가끔 걸림.... 커서 ㅠㅠ
