Sleep is more restful but, I still sometimes wake up in the middle of the night. My wife needs 2 to have any affect.

This works, but the taste will wake you up. I'm one of those people who go to sleep fine but seem to wake up halfway through the night, and sleep fitfully after. So I wanted something that I could keep beside the bed, and pop under my tongue when I woke in the middle of the night (hence the sublingual). These are very jarring.
