Maybe because my stress level is too high....but I haven't seen a big differnce in taking this product. I'm still giving it a chance, though.

It did not make me um....horny as a rabbit...as some websites claim, but definately felt more relaxed.

I recently started to use this product along with Jarrow Theanine 100 and it seems to be effective. I need to use it a bit longer in order to determine its total effectiveness.
