Helps with calming the nervious system that has suffered a tramatic experiance. Also helps relieve muscle spams.

I recieved the package earlier than anticipated, with everything carefully wrapped inside. The lobelia is wonderful. I'm trying to quit smoking and this is great to allieviating coughs and giving a similar calming affect to nicotine... It's not a cure-all and most long-term affects have not been studied (that I could find anyway). But I do recommend this product for occasional use to get rid of a lingering cough.
