I dont see how people take more than this dosage maybe it is just the quality but i take one of these in the morning with breakfast and 1 with lunch and it helps so much. It just gives me a warm feeling inside that relaxes me and makes me feel good but doesnt make me lethargic at all.

i got this as an anti-depressant ant it's great, i'm ordering more soon i highly recommend this product to everyone especially those who are against prescription synthetic meds.

Been feeling more alert and energetic since using this product. Seems to keep my hormones balanced, as my skin in clearing up, too.

I took SHI arctic root for about 1 week, followed by this brand for about another 2.5 weeks (I took both brands to experiment and found both to be effective - for some indefinable reason, my preference was Nature's Answer). My anxiety was significantly lessened when I took these pills (initially 2 per day but in the last week, I occassionally only took 1 per day because I didn't feel like I needed a second dose). My period usually comes on time every single month, like clockwork. This month it has not yet come (and it was due one week ago). On the day after it was due, I read on a website called Earth Clinic that other women were having similar issues with their period cycle being affected by Rhodiola. Since then, I have not taken any but my period has still not arrived. I am going to stop it because of how this impact on my body (note: I am definitely not pregnant, I have had 2 tests to confirm this).

I find this 100mg product far better than any other Rhodiola product. I've tried three different 500mg brands and a 250mg brand and this works far better. Whether its because its a very pure brand I don't know, all I know is that it makes me feel relaxed but positive (motivated).
