Good product, bad packaging

maybe i got unlucky had there was something wrong with the pump on the bottle i got, but it is really hard to get stuff out. it is not normal, maybe texture got spoiled by the sun or cold, no clue. I like the smell and how it works, but the pump is NO GOOD and just annoying.
