These are GREAT! Tiny little hearts; what could be a more perfect way to remind us of the most important reason we should be taking extra folic acid. My husband pays no attention to the names of any supplements I keep in the cupboard, but one day he was looking inside the various bottles. When I asking him what he was doing, he said he said, "Looking for those little hearts." :) Thanks, Nature's Plus.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a combination low dose of B6, B12, and folic acid. I take Sam-e supplements and one of these tablets once-a-day gives me the correct balance of no Sam-e toxicity.

I got these for my daughter, who needs the extra folic acid in her diet. I thought she would get a kick out of them being shapped like hearts. She said she didn't like swallowing them, that is was kind of awkward. They are tiny and she said she didn't notice an after taste, which is good. But I won't be reordering.

A morning dose on empty stomach aids cardiovascular system. Next time, I will seek capasules, not tablets.
