I have two children that have "issues" focusing and staying up beat during the school year. I started them on a St. Johns Wort regimen and, it worked, but it was hard to make sure they took it 2-3 times a day. I searched for an extended release version and Nature's Plus provided me with the one pill a day option. My children are noticeably more upbeat and focused while on this product. Even my wife and I take it and both of us have notice a difference in our moods.
