I use this particular B complex because it doesn't make me speedy and it actually helps me sleep. Two during the course of the day helps with back pain.

Hard to swallow, but effective

I have trouble swallowing these huge tablets, but they break up easily, so it's only a minor complaint. (Stuck in your throat, they dissolve quickly and make a terrible taste.) But they work. I can tell when I forget to take one after partying.
