Good but Very Stinky!!

Not able to take these because -while there is a year left on the expiry date- I can't take the smell. Also, not much of B-5 (10 mg) compared to the other B's. Lori

I would say 3 weeks is too less a time to evaluate the effects of B stress. Am consuming it for B supplementation and homocysteine level management. Makes me feel v thirsty (dont know whether it is due to the b vitamins or otherwise). I may try out another 4 weeks and verify its efficacy. Hope it helps.
