Using this along with similar purpose supplements for liver support after having toxic exposures. The combination has been effective in lowering liver enzymes, am unsure of it's role in this.

Seems to help maintaining milk production for my 1st child. Taste was not too bad except that it will sweat in curry favour.

This was recommended by my doctor to help keep blood sugar under control. It seems to work. Its not always easy to find it in our rural area. Im so happy to find it on line and at such a great price.
