I am lactose intolarant and allergic to Cassein in the milk therefore I have been searching for calcium tablets that had no dairy in them. It was very difficult to find one that I felt worked for me. Since I have osterioprosis it is vital that I suplement calcium in my body. Bone Strength became the suplement I take for all those reasons. Thank you for it. Damlanur Abaan-Parkan

This product does not make me nausious when I take it like another well known product I was on. I am still a beginner taking this but so far it's working good.
