Zinc is an important component of healthy skin, especially for acne sufferers. It controls oil production of the skin. In fact, acne itself may be a symptom of zinc deficiency. It stimulates the hair follicles.

Easily digested food is very important, and being that vitamins are the foods we eat to survive and thrive, it is easy to understand that oral supplements should follow similar guidelines. Zinc is excellent for many skin conditions and especially great for colds. Zinc has beneficially altered the skin of many individuals with facial acne and back acne, as well as those suffering from HSV-1 & HSV-2. New Chapter is a product I generally trust for quality and care of the supplement, in both a consumer and environmental sense.

Such a great product. I had a really low zinc count and this is the only zinc product that was able raise it dramatically. Also great for people with Acne problems. Seen some really good results on other people.

The food complex form of zinc really works well. This is the first form of zinc where I really feel it is being absorbed by my body.

Have used this product for several years. Only need to take it once a day and the tablets are a reasonable size.
