I am taking this to supplement as I am breastfeeding. So far I have not felt anything special after taking it for weeks. But the price seems right for the quantity. Affordable.

Good smell and easy to swallow

My friend recommended it to me. But unfortunately the bottle doesn't contain Vitamin E which doctor recommends as a helpful ingredient for DHA not oxidation. I will buy other brand next time.
