One of the very effective products for mood. Starting with one capsule per day for a week is better for preventing probable initial side effects.

I've been exploring different natural remedies for depression and anxiety. This seems like a fine product, however it's not quite the right thing for me. I think Sam-e combined with passionflower works better.

After two months using these, my serotonin must be topped up nicely. I started getting some of my old symptoms back (Over supply of serotonin) and have realised that I don't need 5-HTP any more for the present. 5-HTP has been a wonderful help to me; it saved me from a proper crash. And I am glad to have it in my medicine chest...

It's milder for stomach than some other brands. It helps with mood, the effect also seems milder than other brand. As I have sensitive stomach, I'll use it instead of the stronger one.

I don't think it worked but I haven't slept as good for a long time and I feel very good when I take it so might keep it for those winter downhill moments.
