This product is not as potent as the Natrol Brand. I have begun to use the other one again. Just seems to be a little less effective...

Have long taken 5-htp for fibromyalgia... I take it now at night as a sleep aid, 100 mg. Works well !!!

I take it together with melatonine from now and I sleep in 10 minutes! Only one capsule in the evening.

One of the very effective products for mood. Starting with one capsule per day for a week is better for preventing probable initial side effects.
