Helps with sleep

After years of bad sleep, I began using 5-htp at night to get a better sleep. Still working on the perfect sleep (like not waking at all) but 5-htp helps tremendously. This brand is affordable, and it works just fine. I really like the Now Foods product line.

Sleep

Helps put the worries of the day away and get to sleep within 15 minutes. Have been using over a year and enjoy going to bed knowing I will get to sleep.

After two months using these, my serotonin must be topped up nicely. I started getting some of my old symptoms back (Over supply of serotonin) and have realised that I don't need 5-HTP any more for the present. 5-HTP has been a wonderful help to me; it saved me from a proper crash. And I am glad to have it in my medicine chest...
