I was told it will help me better to digest the food and lose weight. I already finish one bottle and I haven't see a big difference but is really helping me to digest the food better. At least I can go to the bathroom almost every day and before it was only every 2 or three day.

I am using them in combination with LEF Forskolin extract to try and enable LTP. See Longecity for further notes on subject (search for "longecity CILTEP stack" to find it). I am doing well on the combination but not seeing amazing benefits.
