This product is good. If you want to flavor plain yogurt it will do it, however, if your thinking that it will turn the yogurt into a chocolate mousse, think again. To make a chocolate mousse out of plain yogurt would take the addition of some raw cacoa, some regular stevia sweetener, and a lot of this liquid stevia. It would work..... might want to add some thickener such as ground chia, psyllium husks, or xanthan gum. I would also add that the dropper seems to allow some product to get on the outside of the bottle easily, I was always finding a ring of it on the counter, so now I'm careful with it and always set it on a paper towel.

I simply love this product! I use a little bit in my tea, coffee and even my raw cookies! It has deliciuos taste!

Excellent in my coffee! Must use product carefully though- it can get drippy and create a big mess- Not sure why as other stevia products don't seem to do this...

Not as sweet as I expeced but it goes well with my morning cup of dark cocoa.
