Good product. Would be good if it was shown on the packet just how much it is equal to in sweetness compared to sugar. I offered this to a friend and she only put half a sachet in her coffee and it wasn't sweet enough. I think 1g would be equal to 1 teaspoon.

It distort the taste of my coffee. Aspartame does not alter the taste of the coffee too much but is not good health. I was expecting better
