It has only been about a month since I have started using this. My hair seems healthier as well as my skin. I have no new hair growth though. That was the main reason I bought it. I guess I will give it a little more time

I am quite new to this product. However, It seems to be working really well with my skin and my bosy. Cannot believe how reasonably priced it is, other places are selling it at phenomenally high prices, but Iherb is the best for providing so much saving. A+
