As for me and my mom, it is not such helpful thing, we felt no effect or so. We found that raw glandulars are way better for us. But... these supplements are very good to our dog, it helped her deal with heat period very well, better than before them.

I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and noticed some reduction in the night sweats. I asume it takes at least 1 month before we notice very significant difference. I intend to continue taking the herbs. Thanks for all the reviews that helped me to decide on buying it.

Yes, I feel that this herb has made quite a difference with my hot flushes - I don't seem to get the sweating like I was getting
